We understand that fertility is not a standalone aspect of your health, but is deeply intertwined with multiple factors including nutrition, lifestyle, mental health, and environmental influences. Our unique, patient-centric process has been refined over years of practice and thousands of successful IVF stories. We don't believe in the 'one size fits all' approach, but instead, we tailor our process to meet everyone’s unique needs. What we aim to create for you is a personalised plan that covers every factor that could impact fertility, ensuring optimal preparation for your IVF journey.

A one-on-one assessment with
our leading IVF doctor
We begin by getting to know you, your lifestyle, nutrition, and mindset, by using a personalised questionnaire and consultation. This holistic approach addresses various aspects of your life, including lifestyle, diet, relationship, work-life balance, and emotions. The initial consultation costs £250 and depending on your situation we are likely to ask you to do some tests to help us before we do this consultation, these will enable us to provide a more detailed recommendation - these tests typically cost between £150-250. We will accept tests that have been done elsewhere provided they are under 6 months.
We will then develop a full recommendation which comes 48 hours after your assessment:

Personalised integrated holistic recommendations
Based on the assessment, we make suggestions to support you and your body. This may involve complementary therapies like nutritional adjustments, hypnotherapy, counselling, and acupuncture. These are all included in our Zita Embrace package. These will be recommended as part of your treatment plan.

Transparent cost estimate
We offer two core products with transparent pricing. The starting price for our treatment is £6,495, which includes a round of inclusive IVF and access to all the holistic services needed, click here to find out more about pricing.

Medical tests and investigations
If necessary, we might conduct further right medical tests and investigations to ensure thorough preparation, there is an additional simple rate card for these tests.
